How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within about 2 days across the UAE. Rugs may take longer, as they are not manufactured locally — we'll keep you updated on timing.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is FREE on all orders above AED 200. Every order ships in strong, protective packaging so your posters arrive flat and flawless.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. However, if you arrange a courier service in the UAE, we're happy to deliver your order to them.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery across the UAE with no extra fees.

What are your posters made of?

We print on premium 280 GSM poly-cotton canvas using an Epson SureColor P9500 with 12-color original Epson ink — museum-quality prints with sharp detail and true-to-life color. Framed posters are mounted on sturdy pine wood stretcher bars.

What is a floater frame?

A floater frame surrounds your stretched canvas with a slim gallery-style border, making the artwork appear to "float" inside the frame. It's available in Black, White, Gold, Walnut, Natural, and Oak on our posters.

Can I order a custom poster?

Absolutely — upload your design or idea on our Custom Poster page and we'll turn it into a high-quality canvas poster made just for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, not up to standard, or incorrect, your return is completely FREE — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.
