Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of size preference, including if the item is considered too small, too large, or different from what the customer expected.

All product sizes are clearly listed on our website before purchase. Customers are responsible for checking the size, dimensions, and product details before placing an order.

Custom prints and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you.

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, incorrect installation, or accidental damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

As of now, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you can arrange for a courier service, we can ship your order to them.
